You've mooved

Hello, this is the first of two posts today- please pop back at about 11am if you can for my second post- eeekkk so excited!!!

Today I'm sharing a card that is in the post as we speak winging its way to Sally, my lovely friend and owner of Craft Mojo, she and her family have recently relocated to Scottland so I thought it was only right to make them a card to celebrate.

I've used a whole host of products and techniques to make this relatively CAS card........

First of all I used a MFT cloud stencil and embossing paste to create the clouds, which were then sprinkled with distress glitter- I applied the paste in a uneven way to create that "fluffy" look. I also handout a curved piece of Doodlebug paper to create the grass at the bottom of the card.

Next, I used countless Papersmooches sentiment stamps to create the custom sentiment seen here. I used a "you", and a "ve" from love, then "moo" from smooches, the "ve" from love again and finally a "d" from a belated sentiment- all this was achieved by masking the unwanted parts of the sentiment with a Post-it note before applying the ink (not to self- buy a Papersmooches alphabet stamp set to make life easier).

Finally, the easy bit, I stamped and cut out the cute chubby cow and added a die-cut Papersmooches flower which is embellished with a Doodlebug pearl!

Pheweeee, hope that all made sense!

Thanks for stopping by,

Rebecca x
