Morning, happy Wednesday. I'm off out for a potter around today but before I go I thought I'd post a card made with my brand new CB stamps and dies which joyfully plopped onto my front door mat yesterday morning!
I've used the fresh floral stamps and matching die to create my little ribbon tied bluebells- it made me smile as I coloured it in because I remember the time, aged 7 or 8, I picked a bunch of Bluebells for my Gran, who at the time I didn't know was allergic to them, and bless her she didn't tell me despite her swollen eyes and uncontrollable sneezing! I've tied a little piece of ribbon around the stem too.
Anyway, as you can see I've done a bit of spritzing on the background with shimmer spray before a flicks on some silver perfect pearls. The bluebells were coloured with Promarkers and then coated with my Wink of stella pen and finally I've add a little silver butterfly made from Martha Stewart paper clay and the painted with silver!
