Morning, here's another card inspired by my "stencilled" online card class, and in particular the wonderful Debbie Short. This card was really hard to photograph because of the vellum but hopefully you can see at least some of the details.
I've embossed a rectangle frame onto the card base, stencilled the blue pattern and then add the white embossed vellum on top. The blue paper, twine and sequins have been added to finish the card.
