Happy birthday stars

Hello, happy November (pinch punch, first of the month) today I have a really quick and simple card inspired by a card a received for my birthday. I've simply used some patterned paper and a die cut fishtail banner with a sentiment from Clearly Besotted. I've also added some little star sequins for a bit of sparkle.
