Morning, I'm up bright and early as the hubby and I are off to town to buy him a new suit! I think I'll be treating him to the shirt and tie as a MASSIVE thank you for my beautiful fresh looking blog that he spent yesterday creating for me. He's a graphic designer by trade and whilst I'm sure I must be bias I think he is ever so talented! Cue bit of a cheeky plug- click on the link the in the side bar to go to his website if you'd like to see his work :-)
So on to today's card- The theme over at Less Is More is Scallops which I paired with the girly theme from Sweet Stampin' challenge. I also used the colours from this weeks colour throwdown.
Whist flipping through my stamps I found some Papermani cupcake builder stamps which first struck me as very girly - I don't think you can have manly cupcakes (fairy cakes if you're from the UK) and secondly the icing is quit scallopy (don't think that's a real word).

So here is my girly card featuring scallops. The cakes was stamped onto felt and decorated with glitter. The scallops along the bottom were made with a Tim Holtz die, the sentiment is from Lawn Fawn and I've added a couple of sequins and some bobble trim too.
Happy Saturday and thank you so much for visiting me today,
