Bit of a shocker!

Morning, today my card is VERY bright...... maybe too bright for an early morning!

I have used the colours from this weeks colourQ and the layout was made using the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches.

I was a little overwhelmed by the bright colours in the colourQ pallete until I found the backing paper I used, Its from a compnay called Mara-mi and I've had it 6 or 7 years I would guess.  I couldn't believe my look as it had in most of the colours I need so all I need was to add a splash of dark red which is in the ink of the sentiment and the fishtail banner. I add a scalloped mounted of some orange Anna Griffin paper and even gems just to make the card even more eye-catching.

Not my usual style but all the same I quite like it...... normal CAS will be resumed soon I'm sure!
