Final cupcake of the year

Hello, Christmas is nearly upon us and this week at Cupcake for our final challenge of the year we are asking your to create something that includes a cake. 

 This weeks the prizes are from:

Di's Digi Downloads - $10 Gift Certificate

Saturated Canary - 2 Images of winner's choice 

 

For my card I used the Papermania mix and match, build a cake stamp set. I stamped the card stand directly onto the card and the stamped the cake in gold ink onto some cream card. I cut this out and fixed it with 3D glue gel.

 I used the sentiment from another Christmas Papermania set- stamped with black ink. To finish I added a small sprig of holly, gold glitter to the cake and iridescent glitter over the sentiment.

I really like the finished results and it makes use of a non-christmassy stamp set!
