Phew, slept in a bit today but while hubby is in the shower I have time for a crafting fix. This card is another pastel coloured card.- I think I'm on a bit of a run with these more subtle cards. The embossing is from a Forever Friends embossing folder which I positioned off the edge of the card after I had so many positive comments on the last card I did like this for CASology this week. The flowers are from Flower Fusion #5 stamp and die set from Papertrey ink. The sentiment is from a Lawn Fawn set- Sophie's sentiments which has been stamped onto a MFT dienamics banner.
Challenges:
- Less is more- 3, 2, 1 (3 flowers, 2 words, 1 embossing folder)
- Saturday challenge- white on white
- Just us girls- photo inspiration (i used the colours, texture and the "ocean" sign as my inspiration
I was also delighted to find out this morning that this card was picked as a CASual Friday favorite and this card was in the top cards for last weeks ColourQ challenge. It makes me feel very honored when other crafters appreciate something. In the same way I can't express how much I love receiving comments from all my fellow bloggers- I read each one at least twice and I really appreciate them all- thank you.
Anyway, after a slightly emotional end to this blog post I'll wish you all a lovely day.
