Eeeek so excited, after taking part in one of their challenges I was asked to be a guest designer with DYSU. I was given this lovely digital image from My Hearts Pieces to work with and had to create a project with the theme "back to school". I have to admit this stumped me at first but then as a teacher I know how hard it can be facing the new term after such a long summer break so I decided to go with a card that I could send to a teaching colleague to wish them well for their new term.
The papers are from K and co and the sentiment is my own, printed on the PC. I printed the image several times and coloured her with Copics before using Pinflair 3D glue gel to decoupage her and add dimension. I love how this challenging card turned out in the end and I would strongly recommend that you pop over to DYSU to see what all the other talented designers came up with.
