pink and black

This card has been made using this weeks' retro sketch ,the theme from CASual Fridays- use text and the Gerdening theme from Cute Card Thursdays challenge.

I'd also like to enter this card for Papertake weeklys challenge- anything goes

All of the images and the sentiment are from the Marion Emberson stamp set Birds and trees which were stamped with Brilliance ink pads in black and orchid. The seam binding is from The ribbon girl and the gems are from my own stash. Simple and clean looking but the contrast between the pink and black is quite striking I think.

  7. Oh, that is stunning! It drew me in the minute I saw the thumbnail on CASual Fridays, but didn't realize until I clicked on it that you put bling on the tree. That is really, really special! And the design is lovely, too!
