Gosh, this is a late post but I just had to share this card and see what you all think of it.
It is for a male colleague who is leaving at the end of the term. I got the idea of three robots in a row from the challenge over at less is more which is to use three of something. The hardest part about this card was getting the robots evenly spaced and then keeping the colouring quite restrained- mostly grey. The stamps are all from the Kirsty Wiseman stamp set- Robot birthday. I always find male cards tricky and worry that they are to boring or plain but I think this one is quite cute- comments more than welcome!

Cute? It's adorable, which is not usually a word used for male cards, but I don't care. It's a perfect male card and still adorable! And your coloring is nothing short of stunning!!
ReplyDeleteRebecca, this is fantastic!!! The robots lookk FAB and what a great choice to color them in grey scales! And for it to fit the LIM challenge as well? I'm really impressed!
ReplyDeleteGreat colouring & it's a fab, unusual idea for a male card.

I am struggling on a "steampunk" themed card for an upcoming swap. This stamp set would be perfect. Love it!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great card for a fella - or even a teenager. They're always the hardest to do but you did a wonderful job with this one.
