Easter spring swing

What a treat, finished early today so had a nice afternoon crafting and created an Easter card for my parents.

I used the spring swing image from LOTV, which I stamped with a London Fog inkpad and coloured with Promarkers. I tried something new this time with the background of the image and used blue chalk to give a softer effect. I also added a white pom-pom to his tail- so cute and squeezable.

I layered the image on mirri, pink card and finally a 6" square of Pink Petticoat patterned paper which had a generous pink gingham ribbon tied around it. The Easter Eggs and sentiment are from a really old QVC set of stamps which I also stamped with London Fog. I coloured the eggs with promarkers, embellished them with beads and glitter and then attached them to the project with Pinflair gel.

Thanks for looking,

Rebecca x
