ColourQ

Evening all. I am totally becoming addicted to the colour combos from colourQ challenge- they are alwasy so fresh, challenging and inspiring.

This elegant card has actually been made with lots of bargain buys!

I rouned the corner of my base card with my WRMK corner chopmer and added add a trimmed down, esspresso brown, swirled die-cut, cupcake holder (50p I think from Home Bargains). I attched this with 3D foam to make it lifted up from the base card. The sentiment, which is from Hero Arts, was stamped with a Rich Cocoa memento ink pad.

The flowers are made from organge and yellow felt flowers which I picked up cheap in a QVC sales years ago and have struggled to find a use for ever since. I'm sorry, I don't think the photo shows the difference between the orange and yellow flower layers very well, roll on summer days and lighter, brighter evenings!

The green, self-adhesive leaves are also a bragina from "The Works"- 99p for a pack of 20ish in asssorted colours.

Finally, I added a brown button from my stash and some orange adhesive gems. (also a Works bargain buy)

Thanks for looking,
